Credits are the currency used on memacta to generate images and videos. Each generation costs a set number of credits depending on the model and output type.
Do credits roll over each month?
Monthly subscription credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. Top-up credits you purchase separately never expire.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
What happens to my credits if I downgrade?
Any remaining credits will be usable until they are exhausted. On downgrade your monthly allowance will reflect the new plan at the next billing cycle.
Can I get a refund?
We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if you have not used any of the purchased credits. Contact our support team for assistance.
